Our VADIE packages are defined to suit your business needs, we don’t believe in one size fits all.
Depending on your needs, you’ll find the cost between $10-$15 an hour
No, our contracts are month to month, paid in advance. If you no longer need VADIE, you just give us a months notice.
We recruit remote workers from select countries in Southeast Asia, through a mix of job networks, employee referrals, and other channels. All applicants are rigorously screened before being added to our pool of candidates.
Accepted candidates are added to our matching pool. When a business asks us to find a VADIE assistant, we choose them from our pool based on the client’s specifications and the candidates’ profiles.
Your VADIE’s typically handle administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, job bookings, managing timelines, answering calls and other admin duties.
However, we recruit VADIE’s for a wide range of roles, including sales, marketing, bookkeeping and customer service, among others.
There’s no limit to the number of VADIE’s you can hire (other than the limits of your own resources). Depending on the size of the team you’re assembling and/or the types of virtual assistants, you may have 2 fultime, 1 part time, it’s all based on your business needs
We believe the best time to hire a virtual assistant , is asap! Don’t worry about how long you’lk need to train them or complile your Standard Operating Procedures – We have A.I. to do that!

Upon joining the matching pool, VADIEs are tested in their use of commonly used platforms. They also have the option to go through a number of online, self-paced modules related to common tasks and tools relevant to the tradie sector.
Most of our assistants’ professional skills are honed before they join us. We take care to recruit remote workers with sufficient experience working remotely and for international clients.
Our assistants are based in select countries in Southeast Asia. They work remotely, from locations of their choosing. VADIE does not maintain offices or workspaces our team
